Potato Gnocchi pan-fried in brown butter with a Vanilla Cream Parmesan Sauce

Potato Gnocchi pan-fried in brown butter with a Vanilla Cream Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients and recipe for the the Vanilla Cream Parmesan Sauce
1. Add few tsps of olive oil to a wok and roast minced garlic. 
2. Turn the heat down to medium, add 1/4 cup of low fat cooking cream or half and half. Pinch of salt and pepper. Mix. Scrape off the extract from 1 vanilla bean or add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence. Mix and bring to a boil. 
3. Add parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Allow the sauce to thicken. Turn off heat. 
4. Pour over gnocchi and serve hot.
