Cucumber Chutney {for Idli & dosa}


The hubs will have his Idlis and Dosas with just molagapodi or yogurt but not me – I need the chutney, the sambar and the works! 😀 So naturally, I am always looking for ways to experiment with the chutneys. This time it was a tummy soothing CUCUMBER CHUTNEY.

Oodles of flavor with ginger and chili. Totally diggin’ this. Try it out and tell me what you think! 🙂

Ingredients and steps:

Optional add on – few tsps of fresh coconut.

Note – I added red chili but I also used just 1 Thai green chili to give the chutney some color and kick. Skip if you don’t want to make it too spicy. 

Enjoy chilled with hot idlis and dosa!
