When you go green, go all out!
Here is my recipe for the perfect green burger.
To a bowl, add finely shredded brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach, jalapeño, green onion, garlic, baby corn.
Next add in 1 small mashed sweet potato, handful of oats, tandoori masala, salt. Mix everything together.
Topped with smashed avocado + lime + cilantro. Side was buttery salted asparagus!
